Policies:

Security Deposit: $150, refunded upon return of
keys and reports of no damage/breakage from the
housekeepers.

Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee
is due within 14 days of making the reservation.
The remainder of the rental fee and the $150
security deposit is required 30 days before
arrival.

Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am. Times
are adjustable by prior arrangement only and
only if there are no guests immediately
preceding or following the stay.

A $60 cleaning fee will be added to the bill for
the first night of your stay.

We do not allow pets or smoking in this cabin.
